So I’ve accepted the fact that I’ll never be good at StarCraft. It’s one of my favorite games of all time, but I’ll never be great. I won’t even be decent. Granted, I always get stuck playing Koreans, who treat it with the same foam-mouthed fervor as Manchester fans in the UK or Raiders fans in the US (they have to win eventually, guys), but the only certainty I ever hold at the beginning of a match online is that when I send troops out into the map, I can guarantee their wholesale destruction and honorary Viking burial.
